Assessment (Njema)

  1. Customer provides a rough description of the code inventory (objects, languages and subsystems)
  2. Based on this, ITM provides an offer with a cost estimate.
  3. A joint agreement is concluded for the implementation
  4. Invoicing takes place after delivery of the results.
  5. If there is a significant difference to the original specifications, the invoice amount may differ from the cost estimate.


Restoration of source code (Mutabor)

  1. Customer provides the load modules containing the objects to be restored.
  2. After review and any necessary inquiries, ITM provides a quote with a fixed price.
  3. Invoicing after acceptance by the customer

For larger quantities, delivery, acceptance, and invoicing are carried out in tranches.


Transformation of source code

  1. Small amounts of code, maximum of 2 languages and 3 technologies (DB, subsystems)
    1. Assessment of the code to be processed (see “Assessment” above), but with regard to the target architecture (language, subsystems, and environment).
    2. The results of the assessment include a quote, including services to be provided by the customer, and a proposed schedule.
    3. If the offer is accepted, the transformation is carried out as a complete package
    4. Delivery of the complete transformed code for acceptance testing
    5. Partial invoice
    6. Error correction is carried out free of charge: revision of the rule sets, re-transformation, and delivery.
    7. After successful acceptance, an invoice is issued for the complete package.
  2. Medium to large transformation projects, any number of languages and technologies
    1. Assessment of the total code to be processed with regard to the target architecture (languages, subsystems, and environment). Processing and billing as described under A).
    2. The results of the assessment include an offer, including customer-provided services and a proposed schedule.
    3. Upon acceptance of the offer, the transformation is carried out in partial packages.
    4. Delivery of the transformed packages for acceptance testing and down payment.
    5. Error correction is carried out free of charge: revision of the rule sets, re-transformation, and delivery.
    6. Invoicing for packages takes place after acceptance.
